These terms cover your use of this website. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written engagement agreement, not by these terms. By using the site, you accept them.

2. Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. Please don't try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, introduce viruses or harmful code, or copy its content in bulk.
3. Information, not advice
The content on this site is general information about how owner-managed businesses run. It is not advice for your business. We don't know your circumstances until we've talked them through.
No client relationship exists until we have agreed an engagement in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer of services.
We don't give regulated financial or investment advice, and we're not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We don't give legal, tax or accounting advice. Where you need that, we'll say so and, if useful, point you to a specialist.
4. The scorecard
The scorecard produces results from the answers you give. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a full assessment of your business. The scorecard and its underlying framework belong to the Business Coach Academy and are used under licence.
5. Results and testimonials
Where we describe client results or show testimonials, they reflect that client's business and what they did. Every business is different. We don't promise or guarantee any particular financial result.
6. Copyright and trade marks
The text, images, logo and other material on this site belong to Roman Roads Advisory Ltd or the people who licensed them to us.
You're welcome to read, print or share a page for your own use or inside your business, as long as you credit Roman Roads and don't change it. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission first.
7. Other websites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site accurate and running, but we may update, suspend or remove any part of it without notice. Content can go out of date, and we don't promise it is complete or current.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Subject to that, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. This includes loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, data or goodwill, and any indirect or consequential loss.
